Amidst the lively bustle of a waterfront adorned with the toil of generations, the floating families of Hong Kong have interwoven their very existence into the ebb and flow of the sea. Guided by the esteemed Naamyam maestro Franco Yuen Siu-fai and complemented by the musical arrangements of Ng Cheuk Yin, this theatrical production unveils the inspiring journey of the floating families' triumph from the depths of the ocean to the vibrant shores of Hong Kong.

The floating families' traditions, the very essence of their cultural heritage, have resonated through generations, accompanying every milestone from the joyous weddings to the solemnity of farewells, serving as a timeless testament to their enduring spirit. However, as the relentless tides of modernity reshape their world, the pressing question arises: how will the new generation cherish and preserve the shared heritage?

Within this evocative setting, the timeless saga of the floating families begins to unfold, leaving an indelible mark on the canvas of our collective memory. Through the narrative of Naamyam, it is a time to reflect on the importance of cherishing the past while reassessing our present.
